Lakehurst Diner Restaurant: Your Go-To Spot for Comfort Food in Lakehurst, NJ

I wanted a turkey dinner so I stopped here on my way home. The packaging didn't fair well, I leaned on it. My fault. But I put it all in a nice bowl. That turkey gravy is divine!! Thank you for such great customer service too!!

Stopped by for breakfast and my wife wanted a cheeseburger, the waitress was kind and I have no complaints. Thank you will be going back

Nice atmosphere,clean, the waitresses always remember us … Even if we’re not in their section, they always come over and say hi to me and my kids. Makes the place feel welcoming and homie for sure. Food is pretty good, never had a problem

I am obsessed with this diner. They're everyone friendly. They offer large portions of decent food at a very fair price. I eat here whenever I'm nearby. It is consistently good.

I have always loved the food at the Lakehurst Diner, been going there for Decades. My son and I went in after his doctor's appointment. He got the Athenia Panini, and I got the Virginia Ham and egg breakfast. Let me tell you the food was right on point. Everything was delicious. When you go there, ask for Robin-Ann, she is the best and took care of like a Mom would. The only question I may ask is to bring back the soup and sandwich lunch special. It nice and won't kill my dinner. Thank You keep up the great food!!

Excellent breakfast and pancakes. Hot food and fast service. Coffee is very good. Pancakes are large, light and fluffy. Hungry man is $11.95. 2 eggs (small), 2 pancakes, 3 pieces of bacon, sausage link, home fries. Portion size was very fair. The eggs were very small and the only slight drawback.

Great place, good people and quality food at a reasonable price. Kitchen is fast and the servers make sure you are ok. I had the Lakehurst panini, it was huge! I ate half of the sandwich, fries, coleslaw and pickle. I took the other half home and had it for lunch today!

It was our first visit on very sad rainy day, but from the moment we were seated the sunshine came in the form of our wonderful waitress Mary, who was in happy mood, dancing and being just everywhere she could there for us...that was amazing first impression of our dinner and everything else was great - the food was very good (the portions were humongous), the atmosphere is very nice, place is spotless and looks like it was refurbished not to long ago (besides the bathrooms, they need attention). The kind of music they played was perfect (at least for us) and the volume level was also good - we could have comfortable conversation... If nothing would be good (but it was), I still would definitely come for the cheesecake - out of this world..we definitely going to be back for breakfast and lunch too (we will be back Mary..! - there is something about Mary)...
